dinner in ten

Tonight I was starving when I got home.  So I whipped this up in about 10 minutes. 

The bottom picture looks like an ice cream sundae, but it's pot roast from Hormel (4 minutes in the microwave), Idahoan Yukon Gold potatoes (4 minutes in the microwave) and Baby Bellas sauteed in a smidge of olive oil (about 6 minutes while the potatoes & roast were cooking). 

Add seasonings of your choice & voila!  Delicious flavor in no time at all!  This will be my dinner & garner some leftovers, so I'd say it'd serve 2 comfortably (maybe add a veg).  : )

Now, of course, I want an ice cream sundae!  That will have to wait until next time...
